Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how Enkamind LLP (“we”, “us”) handles refunds for the Enkamind subscription and for any paid workshop or event we run. By subscribing or booking, you agree to this Policy.
1. Subscriptions — 7-day refund window
Enkamind is sold as an annual subscription (₹1,999/year). You can request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of your purchase, provided you have not substantially used the Service during that period (for example, by relying on it to run an active team workspace).
After the 7-day window, or once the subscription has been substantially used, the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the term. Refunds go back to your original payment method, less any payment-gateway charges that the gateway does not return to us (typically 2–3%).
2. Workshops & events — 7-day pre-event window
For paid workshops and events, you can request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of booking, as long as the event has not yet started. Once the event has begun, the booking is non-refundable — you may instead transfer your seat to another person (one-time, subject to availability). If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next date.
3. If we discontinue or materially change the Service
If we permanently discontinue Enkamind, or make a material adverse change to a paid subscription you are mid-term on, you may choose either a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your subscription, or a credit toward a future plan. We will let you know by email as early as we reasonably can. We are not liable for incidental costs beyond the amount you paid us.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@enkamind.com with the subject “Refund request — [your full name]”. Include: your name, the account email you registered with, the date of purchase, and your payment reference ID from the receipt.
We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method and usually take a further 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your card issuer. Starting a chargeback without giving us a chance to resolve the issue may delay your refund and could forfeit your rights under this Policy.
6. Disputes
If your request is declined or you disagree with the outcome, email support@enkamind.com with the subject “Grievance — refund”. We respond within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 working days. Any unresolved dispute is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Note: online payment for Enkamind subscriptions is not yet enabled. This Policy applies to event bookings now, and to Enkamind subscriptions once paid billing goes live (and to any out-of-band payments in the interim).
